ASM Nominees (Tempatan) Sdn. Bhd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Amanah Saham Mara Berhad (ASMB). It was incorporated on 19 February 1979.

ASM Nominees provides facilities for small investors to invest as little as RM10.00 per investment for unit trust funds managed by ASM Investment Services Berhad (ASM Investment) through a special scheme "Rancangan Simpanan Jimat Cermat Kebangsaan (RSJCK)". Units purchased by investors who invest in the scheme are registered in the name of ASM Nominees (Tempatan) Sdn. Bhd. With the investor's consent and cooperation of the investor's employer, savings can be made through monthly salary deductions. Besides that, investors can also remit their savings direct to Head office, branch office, agency offices or any authorised unit trust consultants of ASM Investment throughout the country.
