Nik Mohamed Zaki bin Nik Yusoff is the Chief Executive Officer. He graduated from Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada in 1985 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree. He had eight years experience in commercial and merchant banking before joining ASMB in 1994.

He represents the Group as an Alternate Director of Usra Sdn. Bhd. and IDS Electronics Sdn. Bhd.
