Introduction |

ASM INVESTMENT provides its unitholders with various ways to invest. Investors can
choose any way which is/are suitable to them. The ways
are:-

Direct Purchase |
| |
Investors can purchase direct from
our head office in Kuala Lumpur or our regional offices
in Kuching (Sarawak), Kota Kinabalu (Sabah) and Johor Bahru (Johor). In addition, there are also several agency offices nationwide which are managed by our Unit
Trust Consultants. Investors can also purchase our unit trust funds from any of our authorised Unit Trust Consultants and Institutional Unit Trust Agent
(IUTA) ie: Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad and
CIMB Bank Berhad.

Employees Provident Fund (EPF) Investment
Scheme |

ASM INVESTMENT is an approved fund
manager for the EPF Investment Scheme. Investors can invest not more than 20% of their credit in excess of Basic Savings in Account 1 in products through approved external fund managers. The minimum amount of savings that can be withdrawn is RM 1,000 and can be made at intervals of three months from the date of the last transfer, subject to the availability of the Basic Savings required in Account 1

Investors who wish to invest through this scheme must
obtain a statement known as “Penyata
Jumlah Boleh Labur’ from EPF’s office
and fill in Form 9N (AHL) before submitting the form
to our office or to our authorised Unit Trust Consultants.

Autodebit Service |
| |
Investors who wish to invest on a regular
basis in any of our unit trust funds will find the autodebit
service as the most convenient, safe and easy way to do
so. Autodebit is a special standing instruction facility
provided by commercial banks. Special arrangement has
been made with four (4) banks namely Malayan Banking Berhad,
CIMB (formerly known as Bumiputra-Commerce Bank Berhad, Bank Muamalat Malaysia
Berhad and Bank Simpanan Nasional to provide the Autodebit
service to our investors.
To use the service, investors must have an account
(saving or current) with any of the four (4) banks above.
The minimum amount for every transaction is RM50.00.
Deduction will be made on the 1st. of every month but
in the case of unsuccessful transaction, second attempt
for the month will be made on the 16th.
Investors will be charged a minimal fee of RM1.00 for
every successful transaction made through Malayan Banking
Berhad, CIMB (formerly known as Bumiputra-Commerce Bank Berhad, Bank Muamalat
Malaysia Berhad. No fee is charged for every transaction
made through Bank Simpanan Nasional. There is no penalty
for unsuccessful transaction which means that if there
is insufficient fund in the account, the investors will
not be fined or charged for the transaction.

Salary Deduction |

Investors who want to invest regularly
can do so via salary deduction (this facility is now extended
for salary deduction made through Angkatan Koperasi Kebangsaan
Malaysia Berhad (ANGKASA)). With consent from employers,
the investors are able to purchase units of unit trust
funds managed by ASM INVESTMENT.
The minimum monthly deduction is RM10.00. Units will
be allocated based on the selling price on the day the
money is credited into our account.

Loan Financing |

It is our policy to discourage the use
of loan scheme in the purchase of units. However if there
is such facility offered by any financial institutions
investors may utilise the loan financing scheme with 67%
maximum loan margin of the amount invested. Investors
are required to fill a form to instruct the bank to deduct
a fixed amount from their account to purchase units from
any fund. Investors are required to understand fully the
risk disclosure statement before signing the documents
to obtain the loan (Please refer to Loan Financing Risk
Disclosure Statement attached to the prospectus)
